Great service Very timely

Ant came to my house today and did a thorough sweep through my home to get rid of some of the ants I’ve been having from all the rain we’ve been having, and was kind enough to do a spot treatment for a couple large fire ant mounds that had popped up in my yard which is usually an up charge. I had been thinking about switching pest control companies but Ant did such a great job and he managed to change my mind. I’ll be requesting Ant to do the pest control at my house from now on.

I have been pleased with the technicians that have come out. I have been very displeased with the telephone/email communication from customer service/management/supervisor. It would seem that the notes that were made were not complete and it caused a breakdown of communication between myself and the technician and management. My concern was that I called to get clearer communication with what was going on with my account since it was very new. The last email I sent to management specified that I did not want to leave a review that would reflect anything negative and that I would wait I specified amount of time for someone to contact me in regards. I have waited over a week and still no one has contacted me. It's not my intent to slander anyone's reputation but I've exhausted all efforts of getting someone to call me back. I'm told that if I cancel my service because of not being satisfied with my service, that I will not get a refund for my initial setup even though I had just started service with them. To me, it would seem that I would be shooting myself in the foot so to speak if I were to cancel and start with someone else since I would have to pay an initial with the new company as well. Unfortunately, I'm left with leaving a review that reflects dissatisfaction.

Rocket pest control is awesome. They come out and take care of any pest issues you have. They clean your vent on the outside around the roof for spider webs and put granules around the outside of our home to keep pest out.

They were on time, communicative, friendly and it was an overall really comfortable experience. Being a single mom living alone, usually having a strange man in my house that may also have…. Interesting red flavored beliefs they’re not afraid to voice to me isn’t a good experience and is usually one that leaves me feeling icky after. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Kortney and she took the time to explain the process to me in a way that was not at all condescending, kind and understandable manner. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge she had and that she was so willing to help me preserve the lives of my two beloved house spiders lol. I feel confident that if I have any issues in the future, they’ll be here to solve them. Plus the pricing was very reasonable, it was super easy to set up and there’s no strict contract so I don’t feel like I’m stuck.

On July 16, 2025, Rocket Pest Control performed a detailed termite inspection of the property, focusing on the exterior foundation and perimeter. The goal was to check for active termite activity, structural risks, and conducive environmental conditions that may attract termites. They did excellent job.

My house was taken care of on yesterday. My technician Grant P. Awesome conversation and insightful. I pray blessings to him and his family. Grant thanks again for being punctual, professional, and knowledgeable.

Service is great! Three stars because of this long-standing issue: The company sends a text as a "reminder" of the day they will come to our house. I have called Rocket each time this happens, telling them they need to contact us FIRST to schedule, instead of scheduling the day for us! I've been told each time they are working to change this, but it hasn't happened yet. Very frustrating!
