I had the pleasure to experience such a wonderful employee with this company! We were having car issues and this employee was working at a residence but stopped his work to come help us. He even took it upon himself to climb under the vehicle and fix the issue on the side of the road!

I have to tell you after dealing with Adam’s Pest Control for many years I was very nervous when I heard they had sold too Rocket ! After dealing with John Adams yesterday I felt very comfortable that we are still in good hands. John truly went above and beyond like the service we had received for years from Sandy! John research the situation we had and resolved it after going through so many options. John Adams is a superstar in our book and Rocket Pest control is very lucky to have him!

Scotty & Devin my home pest tech are fantastic! One of the few services I can rely on!! Value is well worth it the cost. Highly recommend this company & their services. I wanted to take a minute and recognize Patrick for the excellent service he provides as part of the Rocket Pest Control team. He's provided the tri-annual service at our home on several occasions now. He's always punctual, courteous and very helpful in answering any questions that we have. This was my first experience with Rocket Pest Control. Tech Dakota Ragsdale was excellent. He answered all my questions, I had many of them. He had me follow and explained all the applications used what they did. I will not be disappointed if Dakota is my regular Technician. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very confident in my choice of Rocket.

Had Jeff out yesterday (21-Feb-2024). He was super kind and courteous. He did all treatments thoroughly and went over all that he did. He took time to ask if we were having specific pest issues. Jeff is a kind soul and hard worker - I hope he is commended and awarded. This review was not asked for / I just realized his smile made my day.

We've been with this company for several years and never had a problem. I remembered a time when our lawn guy damaged some of the termite covers while mowing Future came right out and replaced them. Thank you for your professionalism and great customer service.
